Rose Centre Whānau, It’s that time of year again—our 2024 AGM is just around the corner! This year, we have something particularly important to vote on: the Proposed Constitution, which we invite you to vote on. We’re inviting everyone in our community to come along, review the year that’s passed, and help shape the future of the Rose Centre by casting your vote.

Job Opportunity - PT General Manager, Stage 1

We are looking for that special person!  The GM will work to ensure the Centre is a vibrant, well managed facility that operates for the benefit of residents and organisations within a sustainable framework. You are the HOW to the Boards WHAT, WHERE, WHY!
Stage one of The General Manager position is to be new portal for delivery of the Boards Strategic Plan to operational deliverance. Starting by managing current operational staff in situ, with a focus on their task and project delivery, culminating in providing recommendations for Stage 2 to the Board. We envisage this person has strong business management, HR, project delivery skills. Working with a board and/or NFP would be a wonderful bonus! We expect GM Stage 1 to be a 3 month position and to average out as 5-6 hours pw.
